MSc. (Eng.), MBA, Chairman of the Board at Helpten. Vesa Helkkula, CEO of Aplicom, Helkkula has 20 years’ experience in leading international ICT firms, including Initial Public offering (IPO), managing MBOs, acquisitions and start-ups. He has formerly worked as President and CEO of Tecnomen Corp. and Computec Ltd., as well as Vice President Business Development at Nokia Mobile Phones.
Ari Korhonen
MSc. (Eng.), private investor Ari Korhonen has over 25 years’ experience in growth business activity and particularly in internationalising growth businesses. Ari worked for a long time in business as the Managing Director of the international software firm Komartek, as well as being the Chairman of the Board.
Juhani Korpela
MSocSc., Juhani Korpela was for over 20 years the Permanent Secretary of the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications and for a long time before this the Director General of the Budget Department at the Ministry of Finance. In addition, he has worked on many traffic telematics and logistics development projects.
Timo Saini
MSc. (Econ.), Timo Saini is an experienced company director and has worked as the Managing Director of Yhtyneet Kuvalehdet Ltd., Talentum Corp. and Valitut Palat (Reader’s Digest) Ltd., amongst others. Since 2002 Timo has focused on Company board activities and he is a member of several Company Boards. Timo’s areas of expertise are board activation, board evaluation and questions of corporate governance.
Jyrki Salminen
MSc. (Eng.), Senior Vice President, Nokia. Jyrki Salminen has worked for over 20 years in executive postions at Nokia. At the moment he is responsible for Nokia’s international retail sales. Before this Jyrki Salminen was in charge of the sales of the Nokia Multimedia industrial division and Nokia’s Go-to-market activities.
