Helpten guarantees for all customers the best possible data and privacy protection. Helpten customers can trust that their driving information is and stays only in their own use. The transfer of data between the Equipment and Helpten Service is secured, internet interfaces are protected by firewalls and strongly encrypted https data transfer is used. Also, the link between the Helpten Service Centre and the Customer’s internet terminal is secured.
Helpten will not give or disclose any of the location data, personal data or sensitive personal data that relates to the Customer’s vehicle to any third party without the prior explicit written consent of the Customer.
